Despre bilanțul celui de-al treilea an de mandat, edilul afirmă că este rezultatul eforturilor tuturor celor implicați în derularea proiectelor de dezvoltare aflate în curs de implementare la nivelul municipiului reședință de județ:

Cât privește „planul de acțiune“ pentru anul care vine, Dragoș Soare afirmă că va fi unul al intensificării tempo-ului de dezvoltare a orașului și în care e decis să corecteze lucrurile făcute greșit. Cu câteva nuanțe pe care le consideră absolut obligatorii:

Primarul Sloboziei a ținut să precizeze și că modul în care va face administrație la Slobozia pe final de mandat nu va fi influențat de factorul politic. Și că va rămâne, în ciuda reproșurilor care i-au fost făcute, mai degrabă om de acțiune decât… orator:

Primarul Sloboziei își dorește pentru sine și pentru concitadinii săi, o sărbătoare a Crăciunului și un an 2024 în care să fie pe familie și sănătate, repere pe care le consideră esențiale:

Dragoș Soare a devenit primar al municipiului reședință de județ în urma scrutinului desfășurat în septembrie 2020, după ce l-a devansat cu 107 voturi pe candidatul PSD, Alexandru Potor, într-un duel care s-ar putea reedita cu alegerilor locale de anul viitor.
